摘要
对某铀水冶厂淋萃流程工艺中除钛技术进行了研究。通过小型及工业试验,研究除钛的影响因素,从而确定了可行的工艺参数,该除钛技术在工业生产中应用获得良好的结果。其关键工艺参数为:在萃取工序中加入适量过氧化氢,在常温(26~34℃)下进行萃取,此时,大于90%的钛不被萃取,最终AUC产品中钛与铀质量比〈2.00×10-4,达到企业标准所限定的钛杂质含量标准。
The removal of titanium from hydrometallurgical Eluex process is studied.Technical process was designed after the laboratory experiment and piolt plant.In normal temperature extraction process,more than 90 percent titanium can be removed by adding H2O2to extraction system in the condition of molar ratio of H2O2 and Ti being 10.The quality of AUC product conforms to enterprise standard.The mass ratio of titanium and uranium in AUC product is reduced to less than 2.00×10-4.
