肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma

目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT特征,提高其诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现,并与手术病理作对照分析。结果 CT显示肿块边界多清晰,呈圆形或卵圆形,平扫密度较低,内可见钙化点。动脉期强化不明显,延迟期逐渐强化。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤是罕见的良性肿瘤,确诊需在病理检查时发现有神经节细胞异常增生,CT表现有一定的特征,有助于与其他肾上腺肿瘤鉴别。

Objective To study CT findings of adrenal ganglioneuroma so as to elevate the diagnostic accuracy.Methods CT findings of 5 patients with surgically and pathologically proved adrenal ganglioneuroma were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of surgery and pathology.Results CT scan demonstrated that the tumor lesions appeared as round or oval mass shadows with well-defined margin and slight hypodensity associated with intralesional calcification on precontrast CT images and then non-obvious enhancement during the arterial phase and subsequently gradual enhancement during the delayed phase.Conclusion Adrenal ganglioneuroma is a rare benigh tumor,however,its definite diagnosis needs pathologically to find the abnormal proliferation of ganglioneure.Adrenal ganglioneuroma has certain CT feature which is helpful to differentiate this condition from other adrenal tumors.
