内蒙古马产业发展现状及其现代化进程的研究

Analysis on Current Situation and Modernization Process of Horse Industry Development in Inner Mongolia

采用文献资料和田野考察等研究方法,从国外马产业发展现状中,总结成功经验,利用内蒙古开发马产业具备的四方面优势,提出了发展思路及措施,要以内蒙古马文化为依托,开展商业性赛马为龙头产业,增加社会对竞技用马和娱乐用马的需求,带动运动用马的改良繁育工作,促进马饲草、饲料、马用具等研发加工销售业的发展,提高政府财政税收和农牧民收入,以此加快内蒙古马产业的现代化进程的步伐,改善内蒙古以资源型产业为主的经济结构模式。

On the basis of field work and literature review,draw inspiration from development of horse industry in the foreign countries,using the method proposed by a competitive advantage of horse industry in Inner Mongolia,this paper putsforward the development and effective measure,taking horse culture in Inner Mongolia as the base,development of the commercial horse race as the leading factor,speed up the riding and horse races and divert with ride of the society,promote reclamation of breed running,improve the growth of Guinea grass and forage and horses gear,etc to develop and sell,government financial and rural incomes of raising taxes,on the understanding that accelerate reform of the up-to-date horse industry in Inner Mongolia,resource-based industries is the main in Inner Mongolia continued to improve.
