摘要
通过查阅大量的文献资料,对竞技健美操运动员身体机能指标评定进行了综述,以期为竞技健美操教练员和科研工作者提供全面的机能评定方法,并能根据运动员的机能状况,科学地调整运动员的竞技状态、合理安排运动负荷、预防过度训练和运动损伤。
This paper,using the methods of the literature review,summarized the research progress of competitive aerobics athletes＇ physiological function by physiological and biochemical index.According to their physiological function,we can adjust athletes＇ competitive state scientifically,arrange training loads rationally and prevent sports injury.
