摘要
本文分析了竞技健美操的功能、高校健美操训练方法以及训练原则等,阐述了各种训练手段的训练对运动员的身体、技术、意识和心理等方面的影响,从而有效地改善与提高运动员的身体机能和运动技能,进而在竞赛中取得优异成绩。
This paper analyzes the function of gymnastics, aerobics training methods and training principles, de- scribes a variety of training means training on the athlete's body, technology, consciousness and psychological im- pact, which effectively improve and enhance the athletes of the body function and motor skil|s, and then achieved outstanding results in competitions.
