摘要 采用滤纸接触试验和人工土壤试验方法,以48 h、7 d和14 d为试验周期,研究重金属汞(Hg)对赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)的急性毒性效应。试验结果表明:滤纸接触试验空白对照组和人工土壤试验空白对照组的试验生物没有死亡,满足质量控制要求。滤纸接触试验结果表明Hg对蚯蚓经皮暴露的48h-LC50值大于1.0 mg/cm2。采用人工土壤法暴露7 d和14 d时Hg的半数致死浓度分别为155.97 mg/kg和143.67 mg/kg,且随Hg浓度升高蚯蚓的死亡率增加,呈现明显的剂量-效应关系,蚯蚓的死亡率可以作为对土壤中重金属Hg污染进行定量表征的一种生物标志。 In order to determine the effects of pollution caused by heavy metal on earthworms,acute toxicological effects of Hg on earthworm(Eisenia foetida) was determined using 48-hour paper contact test,7-day and a 14-day artificial soil test.There was no death of test earthworms observed in the control groups of paper contact test and artificial soil test,which meet the quality standards.The earthworms were exposed in various concentrations of the test substance under the test condition.The result of 48-hour paper contact test indicated that the 48h-LC50 of the test substance Hg to earthworm was higher than 1.0 mg/cm^2.The 7d-LC50 and 14d-LC50 of the test substance Hg to earthworm were 155.97 mg/kg and 143.67 mg/kg.The results showed that Hg had toxicities on the earthworm,and the mortality increased with the increase of Hg concentration,the mortality could be considered as a valuable biomarker to diagnose adverse effects of Hg pollutant in soil environment.
