摘要
介绍了青山热电厂300MW机组分散控制系统所控制的低压电机的失控现象以及对此所作的检查和试验情况;分析了产生低压电机失控的原因。并且从理论上对分散控制系统与低压电机开关装置的接口技术进行深入的探讨,提出解决电机失控现象的技术措施。同时,对完善分散控制系统与低压电气设备的接口技术,提高系统可靠性提出了相应的建议。
The paper described the out-of-control phenomenon of 300 MW units' low voltage motorunder control of distributed control system and the subsequence checking and testing in QingshanPower Plant and analyzed the causes of the low voltage motor out of control phenomenon. A deep theoretical exploration about the technology of interface between the distributed control system and thecontol equipment of low voltage m0tor has been presented,and the technique of solving the out-of-con-trol of motor has been given out. Further more,for the technology of interface between distributedcontrol system and the low voltage electrical equipment,the paper gave out suitable suggestions for increasing of the system reliability.
