汉族人群RAGE基因多态性与非糖尿病性冠心病严重程度的关联研究 被引量:1

Association of RAGE Gene Polymorphisms with the Presence and the Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in Non-diabetic Han Populations

摘要 目的探讨汉族人群中晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)基因G82S、-429T/C和-374T/A多态性与非糖尿病性冠心病及其严重程度的相关性。方法以冠状动脉造影证实的112例健康个体(正常对照组)和270例非糖尿病性冠心病患者(冠心病组)为研究对象进行病例对照研究,冠心病严重程度采用冠脉病变支数进行评估,采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测RAGE基因G82S、-429T/C和-374T/A的多态性。结果汉族人群RAGE基因G82S、-429T/C和-374T/A多态性的分布与高加索人群有显著差异(均P<0.05),这三个多态性的基因型分布和等位基因频率在正常对照组和冠心病组之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),在冠脉病变支数分组间差异也无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 RAGE基因G82S、-429T/C和-374T/A多态性的分布具有种族差异,这三个多态性与汉族人群非糖尿病性冠心病及其严重程度无相关性。 Objective To evaluate the association of RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms with the presence and the severity of coronary artery disease(CAD) in non-diabetic Han populations.Methods A total of 382 subjects who underwent coronary angiography were enrolled in the case-control study.One hundred and two subjects had normal glucose levels and coronary artery(the normal group) and 270 subjects had normal glucose levels and significant CAD(the CAD group).The severity of CAD was assessed by the number of diseased vessels.Genotyping for the RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms were performed by means of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results The genotype and the allele frequencies of the RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms in Han populations was significantly difference from those in the Caucasian populations(P0.05).There was no significant difference between CAD group and the normal group in genotype and allele frequency of the RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms(P0.05).There was also no difference among the diseased vessels groups in genotype and allele frequency of the three polymorphisms(P0.05).Conclusion There is ethnic difference in the distributions of RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms.The RAGE gene G82S,-429T/C and-374T/A polymorphisms are not associated with the presence and the severity of non-diabetic CAD in the Han populations.
