油改煤锅炉防结焦灭火及提高出力的改造技术

Modification Technique in Anti-coking,Fire Extinguishing and Output Increasing for Coal Combustion Boiler Changed from Oil Combustion

针对荆门热电厂430t／h“油改煤”锅炉因先天不足造成的结焦、灭火及出力不足问题，将原一次风正切改为反切，提高一次风刚度，防止煤粉下沉和火焰贴墙以及加装底部二次风，抬高火焰中心，降低底部温度等措施，达到了在煤种相对稳定的情况下，提高出力及防止结焦、灭火的目的。

For the problems of coking, fire extinguish and less output of 430 t/h'coal combustionchanged from oil combustion boiler'in Jinmen power plant,the paper described the methods of changing primary air tangent to reverse tangent for increasing primary air solidity factor, preventing powdered coal sinking down and flame sticking on furnace wall and installing battom secondary air forraising name center and decreasing battom temperature. This improvement has reached expected propose.
