摘要 针对650kt/a乙苯装置苯塔系统,采用Aspen Dynamic模拟软件对事故工况进行安全排放分析。模拟结果表明,停冷却负荷工况为最大排放工况,最大排放量260t/h,相比常规方法所得最大排放量350t/h降低近30%;由于传热温差的变化导致再沸器加热负荷的变化对最大排放量有显著影响;超压联锁措施的有效性得到验证,适宜的联锁设定值为0.9MPa;两台安全阀并联,通过设置不同定压实现安全阀分级排放,可进一步降低总排放量至235t/h。 Dynamic simulation was applied to safety relief analysis of benzene column system in design of 650 kt/a ethylbenzene plant with Aspen Dynamic software. Results showed that the loss of cooling duty was the worst-case of the relief scenario with the maximum relief rate of 260 t/h, which was about 30% less than 350 t/h obtained by general estimating method, whereas the change of reboiler duty induced by variation of temperature difference during relief affected the relief rate significantly. By dynamic analysis, the effectiveness of pressure trip was verified and the proper trip pressure was estimated as 0.9 MPa. It was also verified that the maximum relief rate could be further reduced to 235 t/h by installing two safety valves with different set pressure individually.
