摘要 针对远程识别系统的规范要求和运行原理,应用国际海事卫星技术,将船公司船舶动态监控与LRIT履约有机结合,提出将船舶现有通信导航设备信息与LRIT设备连接的理念,实现主动监控的目标,丰富船舶监控内容,提高安全管理水平。
