英国职业教育的精华与借鉴——赴英培训研修报告

通过在英国的培训学习,结合渤海船舶职业学院进行国家骨干校建设实际,探索在新的经济环境下,高职学院继续生存、特色发展的道路。借鉴圣海伦斯学院的先进经验,提出我国标准化专业建设、课程建设,规范教育教学质量管理体系思路,以及开发我国船舶工程技术专业标准化建设基本框架的举措;建议根据我国高职院校图书馆的实际,调整藏书结构和评估指标;提出高职素质教育在目标体系、技能分解、培训方法、考评模式等方面进行重新建构,使学生的高素质显性化、可量化、可考核的思路;提出广泛应用现代教育技术,研究开发共享性网络教学平台和专业教学资源库可行性措施。

Through the training study in Britain and the combination of national backbone colleges＇ construction practice of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College,this paper explores the road for higher vocational colleges to continue their survival and characteristic development in the new economic environment.Taking the advanced experience of ST Helens College for reference,it puts forward that the thought of our country＇s standardized major construction,curriculum construction and educational teaching quality management system.It develops the measures of standardized construction basic framework for our country＇s shipbuilding engineer technology major.According to the practice of higher vocational library in our country,it suggests adjusting the structure of collect books and the index of evaluation.It puts forward that higher vocational quality education can be rebuilt in the aspect of object system,skill analyzing,training method and check mode so that students＇ high quality can show obvious,measurable and checked.It also puts forward the feasible measures of extensive application of modern educational technology to study and develop shared network teaching platform and professional teaching resource.
