高职商务英语专业学生岗位能力要求分析

The Analysis of Students' Post Capacity Requirements in the Major of Higher Vocational Business English

通过对辽宁装备制造职业技术学院商务英语专业顶岗实习典型企业的问卷调查,明确了实习企业对商务英语专业学生岗位能力的要求,分析了学生职业能力和岗位需求之间的偏差,确定了适合该专业顶岗实习的岗位,指出了推行"2+1"顶岗实习人才培养模式的必要性。

Through the questionnaires of work placements typical enterprises in the major of business English of Liaoning Equipment Manufacture College,this paper defines the requirement of practice enterprises for students＇ post capacity in the major of business English.It analyzes the difference between students＇ professional ability and post requirement.It determines the post which is suitable for this major＇s work placements,and points out the necessity of advancing talents＇ training mode of ＂Two ＋ One＂ work placements.
