摘要
传统体育教学中,在教学方法选择上,往往忽视学生自身的个性特点,如运动基础、身体条件、兴趣爱好以及接受能力等方面的差异,因此教学效果不佳。运用"三自主"教学方法,能够增强学生学习体育课程的兴趣,激发他们参加体育活动的热情,从而提高体育教学的质量,改善学生的体质,提高健康水平。
In traditional physical teaching,students' individual characters are often ignored on the choice of teaching method,such as sport basis,physical condition,interest and hobby,receptivity and so on.Therefore,the teaching effect is poor.Applying "Three-independence" teaching method can strengthen students' interest of learning physical education curriculum,and stimulate their enthusiasm to participate sport activities so that the quality of physical education teaching can be increased,students' physique can be improved,and health level can be raised.
