高职院校学生校外实习阶段管理教育工作探析

Analyzing the Management and Education Work at the Stage of Students' Practice outside Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生校外实习是整个实践教学的重要环节,是学生将所学理论与实践相结合并利用社会资源提高自身的知识水平和操作技能的有效途径。由于学生在校外实习阶段所处环境、心理压力、管理模式等因素的转变,大大增加了学生在校外实习期间的安全隐患。在此针对学生校外实习工作的基本特点,提出抓好"四大环节"建设,有效做好学生实习阶段管理教育工作。

Students＇ practice outside colleges in higher vocational colleges is the important link in the whole practice teaching,and it is the effective approach for students to combine theory and practice for making use of social resource to improve themselves knowledge level and operating skill.Because of the change of some factors for students at the stage of practice outside colleges,such as practice environment,psychological pressure and management mode,the potential safety risk for the students are greatly increased.According to the basic feature of students＇ practice,this paper puts forward the construction of ＂four-level＂ to effectively do their management and education work well.
