"雷人官话"背后实际上隐含着言说者的权力运行逻辑:权力从何而来,权力该为谁使用?而权力的本质在利益,目前与此有关的一个焦点问题有必要进一步澄清,即执政党到底有没有自身利益?为此,有必要澄清围绕党的利益问题所形成的某些错误观点,必须正确界分党的利益与人民利益的关系,分清党的利益与特权利益、既得利益的差别;正确认识执政党利益问题不单纯是个重大理论课题,更是一个重大实践课题,是关系执政党自身建设,关系国家改革大业的大命题。
