摘要
针对昆铜φ28以上大规格热轧带肋钢筋反复出现拉伸试验伸长偏低的情况,进行了化学成分、金相组织、夹杂物分析,得出伸长率偏低的主要原因是钢筋金相组织中存在魏氏组织和夹杂物。生产过程中,采取有效控制措施,使大规格热轧带肋钢筋伸长率偏低的问题得到解决。
Because of lower elongation of maximum specification over φ 28 bars in domestic steel plant, chemical composition, microstructure, inclusions were analysed and researched. The resuhs show that main reasons are emergence of abnormal widmanstatten structure and high inclusion. Effective measures have been taken in production process, and this question was then eliminated
