摘要
核心员工的隐性知识是企业构建核心竞争力的基础,但目前人们对隐性知识的研究视野偏窄。混沌理论是交叉学科理论中的一种,是科学研究中的重要手段。运用混沌理论研究核心员工的隐性知识,从非线性混沌理论的视角探讨核心员工隐性知识的混沌特征,以及完善企业激励机制的途径,旨在为强化核心员工隐性知识的管理提供新思路。
The tacit knowledge of core employees is the foundation of enterprise constructing core competency.However,people are narrow-minded toward the research of tacit knowledge.Chaos theory is part of the cross-study theory.It's an important technique for science and research.This paper used chaos theories to study the tacit knowledge of core employees,and from viewpoint of non-linear chaos theory to study the characteristics of chaos.It also studied the way for perfecting the incentive mechanism of enterprise,in order to provide new ideas to the management of tacit knowledge of core employees.
