摘要
介绍东汽厂为提高600MW机组制造质量,在引进日立工厂先进的质量管理方法的基础上,如何结合工厂实际,开展一系列质量控制活动的情况。指出该厂研究和实施的质量控制方法是成功的和行之有效的。目前已将该方法推广到其他机组及打洋工产品的生产活动中,均取得了良好效果。
The paper introduces advanced quality management method of Hitachi Ltd, learning from which, DFSTW took many effective actions in the manufacturing process to ensure the high quality of 600MW steam turbine. Furthermore, DFSTW applied the advanced quality control method to the other turbine exporting projects and excellent experience is available.
