水轮机活动导叶整铸工艺研究

Whole-casting Technique for Wicket Gate of Hydro-generator

针对水轮机活动导叶的结构特点以及传统的导叶铸造工艺所出现的一系列质量问题,进行了较为深入的分析研究,大胆地提出直立整铸和侧立整铸导叶两种新工艺。经生产实践证明,新整铸导叶工艺具有工艺先进、铸件质量优良、生产周期短、综合成本低的特点,其工艺为国内首先采用。

The paper presents a deep analysis and research for the construction character of Wicket Gate and a series of quality problems of traditional Wicket casting technique, and proposes two new technique - - erect and inclining erect whole-casting. It is proved that the new techniques have the advantages that technique is advanced, casting quality is excellent, productive cycle is short, composite cost is low.The technique was firstly adopted in our country.
