摘要
通过采用总合试验的方法对两种中压排汽蜗壳、6种导流环共44组不同的工况进行模型吹风试验,经分析试验结果后发现,东方汽轮机厂原300MW汽轮机中所采用的中压排汽蜗壳的结构存在许多不足,损失系数较高。若采用试验中比较出来的优选方案,可使中压排汽蜗壳的损失系数得到明显下降,达到提高机组经济性的目的。
The general test mothod is applied to the small-scale air model test for two intermediate pressure exhaust volute in which six different flow guide configuration perform 44 sets different conditions. The test results show that the original structure of IP exhaust volute of 300MW turbine has many inadequacy and pressure loss coefficient is high. With comparing test results, an improving structure is suggested which can reduce pressure loss coefficient.
