摘要
有机电致发光二极管(OLED)作为新一代显示技术,将来极有可能取代LCD.OLED的驱动电路也成为研究热点.在已有有源阵列OLED(AM-OLED)驱动技术的基础上,提出一种结构较为简单的基于亚阈值技术的栅压控制OLED有源驱动电路,经过HSPICE仿真,该电路较好解决了工作于饱和区的有源驱动电路所引起的发光亮度非线性问题.
As a new generation of display technology,organic light emitting diode(OLED) will probably take place of liquid crystal display(LCD).Drive circuits for OLED becomes a research hotspot.According to the existing drive circuit technology for AM OLED,the paper proposed a new kind of gate voltage controlled drive circuit for AM OLED based on sub threshold technology,which is simpler.Simulation with HSPICE suggests that the designed drive circuit resolved the problem of nonlinear brightness caused by other gate voltage controlled active drive circuits.
