河北省新建本科院校科学研究现状及发展对策

On Scientific Research of Newly-established Universities in Hebei Province:Its Current Situation and Solutions

河北省新建本科院校科学研究取得了一定成绩,但仍存在一些问题,诸如科研意识尚显薄弱、科研方向缺乏凝练、科研团队力量较弱等。这些问题的有效解决有赖于正确处理好科学研究与教学工作、学科建设、社会服务之间的关系,为此应采取措施强化教师的科研意识、提升学科水平、加强产学研合作等。

Achievements have been made in scientific research of newly-established universities of Hebei Province. However,there have appeared some problems such as weak sense of scientific research,distracted research orientation and insufficient strength of research teams. Therefore, it is imperative to well handle the relationships between research and teaching, discipline construction and social service. Furthermore, efforts need to be made to cultivate teachers＇ sense of scientific research, promote discipline level and strengthen the link of teaching, research and production.
