摘要
当前我国公共政策分析课程教育存在程式化与随意性并存、理论性与实践性脱节、陈旧观念与新颖知识互斥等问题。原因就在于政策科学本身的身份认同危机。从教与学的角度出发,公共政策分析课程教育要整合现有资源,标明学科独立性,促进学习者的视角转换,以教学相长的姿态谋求公共政策分析学科的发展。
There have appeared some problems about the teaching of the course in public policy analysis in China,such as fixed framework vs flexibility,theoretical contexts without practicality,and outmoded concept against new knowledge. The problems above have resulted from the crisis of identity to policy sciences. So, the teaching of this course should make itself more independent and to reorganize current resources, promoting the
