摘要
基于河流水生态承载力理论和实践的河流健康管理模式被认为是一种科学可行的河流管理方式。水生态承载力是社会经济系统发展和水生态系统演变的耦合结果,对其演变趋势分析的科学性是河流和相应的区域管理决策支持的重要基础。本文将采用系统动力学方法模拟生态承载力变化的方法进行研究,一直来人们认为这是一种较好的方法。本论文重点介绍自主开发的Envsim软件,这套软件考虑到河流健康管理综合信息决策支持系统的需求,即可独立使用,又可嵌套入综合系统。本文将对这套软件的设计与模拟结果做讨论。
the health management mode which is based on the theory and practice of river water ecological carrying capacity is considered to be a scientific and feasible river management one.Water ecological carrying capacity is the coupling result of the development of socio-economic systems and the evolution of water ecological system.Research on the scientificity of its evolution tendency analysis is the basis of river and corresponding regional management decision support.The paper uses this method,which is always considered to be a good method of using the system method to simulate the change of ecological carrying capacity.The main purpose of the paper is to introduce the independently developed Envsim software which considers the need of river health management comprehensive information decision support system.It can be independently used and nested into comprehensive system.This paper has a detailed discussion about its design and simulating result.
