东莞市土地利用的问题及原因探析

A Study on the Problem & Cause for Land Utilization in Dongguan City

随着经济的发展与城市化的加速,土地的瓶颈效应日渐凸显。如何科学地利用好每一寸土地,已成为世界发达地区共同面对的问题。然而,现实生活中很多城市用地紧张与土地闲置并存;土地日渐稀缺与侵占浪费共显。东莞经过30多年的改革开放和经济发展,人地矛盾同样突出。本文试图通过对东莞土地利用的研究,找出东莞土地利用中存在的问题,并深入探究其发生的原因,从而为解决人地矛盾,实现科学利用土地提供参考。

Along with the economic development and city＇s booming, people are gradually facing the bottleneck in land utilizing. And about how to use every square land scientifically has become the common problem in developed countries. However, we still can see in many cities nowadays that land tight using together with land unoccupied and land is becoming rare together with land is seriously wasted. Through 30 years＇ reform ＆ open-up policy and economic development in Dongguan city, the conflict between man and land is obvious too. Our aim for this paper is trying to find the problem and dig out the reason for Dongguan＇s land utilization in order to help relieve the conflict between man and land as well as providing some good suggestions on how to use land scientifically. So we proceeded deeply investigate and carefully research on current land utilization in Dongguan.
