耶尔森菌抵抗宿主免疫并诱导吞噬细胞凋亡机制研究

摘要 人类先天性免疫系统在防御细菌病原体损害时依赖于巨噬细胞和多形核白细胞(嗜中性粒细胞PMNs)的协调作用。单核吞噬细胞(如单核细胞,巨噬细胞和树突状细胞)能产生炎性细胞因子,并能通过MHCⅡ类分子提呈抗原给CD4’T细胞从而通过特异性免疫清除病原体口]。然而细菌为了能在宿主细胞中生存。
