发挥安全评价支撑作用促进企业安全生产

PROMOTING SAFE PRODUCTION OF ENTERPRISES BY BRINGING THE SUPPORT ROLE OF SAFETY ASSESSMENT INTO PLAY

安全评价作为安全生产监督管理的重要手段之一,起到了有效预防事故、减少人员伤害和财产损失、促进提高企业安全生产管理水平的作用,同时为各级安全生产监督管理部门提供强有力的技术支撑。分析了安全评价的作用,安全评价行业存在的评价质量不高、评价工作不规范、监管不到位等问题,并针对性地提出了改进建议。

As one of the important means to supervise and manage safe production of enterprises,safety assessment plays the role of preventing accidents effectively, reducing casualties and losses of property and promoting the management of enterprises in safe production. Meanwhile,it provides strong technical support for supervision and management sections of all levels that are in charge of safe production.This paper analyzes the role of safety assessment and points out the problems of poor assessment quality,nonstandard assessment work and lack of proper supervision existing in the industry.It puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
