摘要
叙述了油罐中静电及静电火灾的产生原因,分析静电引起爆炸着火的条件。预防储罐静电事故主要是控制静电产生和积聚。介绍了在输送系统、装油系统控制静电产生的措施,通过设置静电中和器和涂覆导静电涂料控制油罐静电积聚。此外还应注意静电接地和操作管理。
This paper specifies the reasons for static electricity and static fire of oil storage tank.It analyzes the conditions for the explosion and fire caused by static electricity.The major way to prevent static fires of oil storage tank is to control the generation and accumulation of static electricity.The paper presents the measures to control the generation of static electricity in transporting system and loading system.The static accumulation of oil storage tank can be controlled through installing electrostatic neutralizer and coating static conductive coating.In addition,more attention should be paid to static grounding and operation management.
