摘要
介绍某油库消防给水系统运行过程中存在的问题,通过对消防水泵运行性能参数的测试,分析产生电机过流现象的原因,针对消防系统在消防灭火过程中离心泵的工作特点,制定了在保证压力和排量达到额定工况的要求下,解决电机过流问题的措施。
This paper introduces the problem existing in the fire fighting water supply system at an oil depot in the operating process.Such problem exists in the fire fighting system of many tank areas.It analyzes the causes for the overcurrent of electric motor by testing the performance parameters of the operating fire fighting water pump.According to the performance features of the centrifugal pum Pin the process of fire fighting,measures to solve the overcurrent of electric motor are proposed,satisfying the requirements of pum Ppressure and output reaching the rated conditions.
