With the development of economic globalization , political democratization, cul- tural diversification and information network, the parties in power are facing unprecedented diffi-culties in management. In order to consolidate the basis for their own power, the parties have to revise the policy , to blur the conception of classes , to publicize leaders＇ role in an artistic way so as to strengthen the effect of the party in power by using some compromising way.
