先秦儒法两家功利思想的异同

儒家与法家的功利思想,既有相同之处,也有相异之处。儒家的功利思想趋向于价值性和伦理性,偏重于道德教化:法家的功利思想趋向于工具性和实用性,偏重于实践。由于儒法两家功利思想的趋向性与偏重不同,两家在功利思想的角度、内容以及求取功利的方式等方面也有很大的不同,并由此对后世产生了不同的影响。

The utility idea of Confucianist and Legalist have some differences as well as some similarities. Confucianist ＇ s utility thoughts focus on the value and the ethicality;Legalist school＇ s utility thoughts tend to be utilizable and practicable. The differences of the two schools lead to the differences in goal , content as well as the way to seek utility , so they produced different effect on the following generations.
