摘要
当前中小学德育评价体系存在着诸多问题,表现在:德育评价目标不明确、评价标准不客观;中小学德育评价的内容偏失;中小学德育评价方法简单化、有悖于以人为本的理念;中小学德育评价主体单一。为了更好地发挥中小学德育评价的作用,可从以下方面入手,合理构建评价体系;转变传统的德育评价观念;注重德育评价主体的多元化;走向德育评价内容的全面化;改善德育评价的方式方法、做到知行合一;评价要经常化并及时反馈评价结果。
There are many problems in the current moral evaluation system of primary and secondary schools. The moral education evaluation objectives are unclear, the evaluation criteria are not objective , the content of moral evaluation is faulty , the moral evaluation methods are simpli fled and contrary to the people-oriented concept, the subject of moral evaluation is too unitary. In order to make good use of the moral evaluation , we can structure the evaluation system from the following aspects : change the traditional moral evaluation notion , diversify the moral evaluation subject, make the moral evaluation content comprehensive, improve the way and method of moral evaluation , and combine knowledge with action. The evaluation should be regular and give timely feedback of evaluation results.
