Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与糖尿病骨质疏松的关系 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病是一种全身代谢性疾病,其可以通过多种途径影响骨代谢,从而导致骨质疏松,如晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的积累可以抑制成骨细胞表达、增强骨吸收等。但是糖尿病骨质疏松的确切分子机制尚未明确。研究表明Wnt信号通路介导了体内多种生物过程,如胚胎形成、器官发生、肿瘤形成等。同时Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在骨形成和骨代谢中亦起着重要的调控作用,研究表明高血糖状态下Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的失调与糖尿病骨质疏松的发生有着密切关系。
