摘要
对和谐警民关系进行评价,评价主体的正确选择,是评价体系有效性的前提条件。科学合理的警民关系评价主体体系的构建,应引入公安机关自身、社会公众、第三方专家研究机构的多元主体深度参与,整合多方价值取向,增加公众评价权重。
To evaluate the harmonious community relation, how to choose the evaluation subject is the precondition of evaluation system＇ s effectiveness. In order to constructe a scientific system of evaluation subject, we should introduce police public and the third-party to participate in the evaluation, meanwhile, integrating many values and increasing public evaluate weight.
