摘要
从经济伦理的角度探讨警察腐败,重在公权力与个人私利和"经济人"和"道德人"的理论解构,对警察腐败进行具有明显学科表征的应然分析,以期为研究警察腐败问题提供多层面的理论参考,进而为遏制和预防警察腐败提供新的思路和对策。
