摘要
做好油田建设项目本质安全设计,可在最大程度上降低事故发生的可能性,是油田生产场站实现安全运行的最根本、最经济的有效措施。通过总结实际工作中的经验,强调设计人员在设计阶段消除不安全因素,是保证实现本质安全设计必须考虑的主要内容。
Making intrinsic safety design in the oilfield construction projects well may reduce the possibility of accidents to the maximum.It' s the most fundamental and economical effective measure to take for the safe operation of production stations at oilfields. Through summarizing practical work experience,this paper emphasizes that unsafe factors should be eliminated in the design stage by designers.And it also stresses the main contents to consider for the realization of intrinsic safety design.
