BRIEF ANALYSIS ON THE ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT AND HYGIENIC PROTECTION DISTANCES

介绍了大气环境防护距离与卫生防护距离概念的由来、理论依据以及在实际工作中的确定方法,并根据两种距离的确定方法,将其应用在环评实例中,分析两个概念的不同点。同时,还列举了一些确定大气环境防护距离的困难,并提出了相关建议。

This paper introduces the origins of the concepts: atmospheric environment and hygienic protection distances and the theoretical basis for them.It also introduces the determination methods for these two concepts in practical work.The methods are applied to actual environment assessment and the differences of the two concepts are analyzed.Meanwhile,the paper lists the difficulties to determine the atmospheric environment distance and puts forward relevant suggestions.
