摘要
双托辊双传感器杠杆式的YT8P系列电子皮带秤,是应用于烟草行业制丝线或片烟复烤生产线的物料在线动态称重设备,在生产线各个环节中分别起着流量控制、定量控制、精确掺兑配比和投入产出统计等重要作用。通过研究电子秤的称重原理和"皮带效应",分析了称重误差产生的原因,并阐述了减少误差的"准直性校准"方法及其应用实践,总结了一套"吊线法"的皮带秤校准方法,有利于指导电子皮带秤的设计和用户正确使用。
The YT8P series electronic belt weighers for the tobacco factory applications is prudently studied.The weighting principle of electronic belt is introduced.The ＂belt effect＂ as well as the system errors which were brought is deeply analyzed,however,the method of alignment calibration to guide the design of electronic belt weighers and user used correctly is expounded in this paper.
