摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌组织中C-myc和PTEN蛋白表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化PV-9 000两步法检测70例宫颈癌、40例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及20例正常宫颈组织中C-myc和PTEN的表达。结果 C-myc蛋白在宫颈癌中表达的阳性率为72.9%(51/70),明显高于CIN42.5%(17/40)和正常宫颈组织10%(2/20)(P<0.05);C-myc的表达在组织学分级、病理学类型、淋巴结转移等组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),而与年龄及临床分期组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);PTEN蛋白的表达率在正常宫颈组织90%(18/20)、CIN57.5%(23/40)及宫颈癌35.7%(25/70)中逐渐下降(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白的表达在淋巴结转移及临床分期组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),而在年龄、组织学分级及病理学类型组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);C-myc和PTEN蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.484,P=0.000)。结论 C-myc和PTEN与宫颈癌的发生、发展可能相关,二者联合检测可能为宫颈癌的早期诊断和治疗提供一定的理论依据。 Objective To investigate the expressions of C - myc and PTEN in cervical carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of C - mye and PTEN was measured in 70 cervical carcinoma tissues, 40 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 20 normal cervical tissues by immunohistochemistry PV-9000 two-step method. Restilts Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rates of C - myc in cervical carcinoma was 72. 9% (51/70), significantly higher than CIN42. 5% (17/40) and normal cervical tissues 10% (2/20) ( P 〈0. 05). The expression of C - myc was significantly correlated with histological grade, pathological type, axillary lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but not statistically significant in age and clinical stages (P 〉 0. 05 ). The positive rates of PTEN trend down gradually in normal cervical tissues 90% (18/20) , CIN 57.5% (23/40) and cervical carcinoma 35.7% (25/70) (P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of PTEN was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but not statistically significant in age, histological grade and pathological type ( P 〉 0. 05 ). And there are significantly negative correlastions between the expressions of C - mye and PTEN in cervical carcinoma ( r = - 0. 484, P = 0. 000). Conclusion The expression C - mye and PTEN may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma and it may have certain effect on early diagnosis and treatment of cervical carcinoma with detecting them together.
