摘要
目的研究复方替硝唑载体栓剂体外抗厌氧菌、真菌、细菌活性,为临床提供科学依据。方法制备复方替硝唑载体栓剂,确保其质量符合《中华人民共和国药典(2010年版)》栓剂项下的各项规定。采用琼脂稀释法测定复方替硝唑载体栓对脆弱拟杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度,并与"妇康载体栓"、甲硝唑、替硝唑、克霉唑、醋酸氯己定进行对照。结果脆弱拟杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌显示很强的抗菌活性,其M IC值分别为0.0625、16、128、16μg.mL-1。对于标准菌株脆弱拟杆菌,复方替硝唑载体栓的M IC明显低于"妇康载体栓"。各组分抑菌试验显示其组方中3组分具有良好的协同作用。结论复方替硝唑载体栓对妇女生殖道感染具有广谱、高效杀菌作用。
Objective To study the in vitro antibiotic activity of the complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppository against anaerobic bacteria, fungus and bacterium. Methods Make the complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppository, and ensure its quality accord with the suppository demands in 2005 edition Chinese Pharmacopoeias. With the complex prescription carrier suppositories, metronidazole, tinidazole, clotrimazole and ehlorhexidine acetate as contrast, MIC of compound tinidazole carrier suppositories against anaerobic bacteria, fungus and bacterium were determined with agar dilution method. Results The complex prescription carrier suppositories showed a strong antibiotic activity against bacteroides fragilis, staphylococcus aureus (SA), escherichia colt, and candida albicans, with MIC at 0.0625, 16, 128, 16 μg·mL^-1. For bacteroides fragilis, MIC in complex prescription tinidazole carrier suppositories was lower than that of the complex prescription carrier suppositorys. Antibacterial test of one - component showed the three constituents had a saris- factory synergistic action. Conclusions Complex tinidazole carrier suppositories have a broad spectrum and efficient antiseptic effect for gynecological inflammation.
