摘要
榆林气田单井地面管线已投产240多个,集输管线总计约435.777km,管线检查、巡线工作非常庞大,并且只能定期进行巡查,正常生产中冰堵、泄漏等不能及时发现,给管线管理带来很大困难,为此,提出在现有基础上利用自动化数据采集进行管线的智能化分析,实现对单井、集输管线的实时管理。
Yulin gas pipeline single well has been put into the ground more than 240,set a total of about 435.777 km pipeline,pipeline inspection,inspection work is very large,and can only carry out inspections on a regular basis,the normal production of ice block,leakage can not be in time,to the pipeline management has caused great difficulties,this paper proposed the use of existing automated data collection based on intelligent analysis of the pipeline,to achieve the single well,gathering pipelines in real-time management.
