摘要
通过对加氢裂化中压蒸汽管线的测试与分析,发现该管线保温效果差,热量损失严重,管线实际热流密度达到395W/m^2,超出该温度条件下国家标准允许的最大散热损失值。因此,提出对管线进行保温改造的建议,并对施工改造的成本和经济效益进行计算分析,结果表明措施有效可行。
By testing and analysis hydroc racking middle pressure steam pipes,we found poor results of the pipeline insulation,heat losses seriously,the actual flux density of the pipeline 395 W/m^2,the temperature exceeds the maximum allowed under the national standard value of heat loss.Therefore,reconstruction of pipeline insulation made recommendations,and calculation and analysis the construction costs and economic transformation,the results show that the measure is effective and feasible.
