摘要
速生杨木在木材工业中应用越来越广,但由于其本身的缺陷,限制了其的进一步使用,必须经过改性处理才能使用,而尺寸稳定性处理是提高速生杨木应用范围的主要途径之一。研究采用高温热处理和水溶性二羟甲基树脂(NG溶液)浸渍处理两种方法来提高速生杨木的尺寸稳定性。试验结果表明,两种方法都能较好地提高尺寸稳定性,而后一种方法的效果更好。
Fast-growing poplar is widely used in wood industry. But its use is limited because of its defections, so it can be used after some necessary modification treatments, and the treatment for dimensional stability is an effective measure to improve its properties and broaden its use. This paper deals with using two methods to improve the dimensional stability of fast-growing poplar. One is high-heat treatment. The other is to impregnate poplar with water soluble dimethylol resins. The results show that both methods can effectively improve the dimensional stability, and the latter method can obtain better effect.
