摘要 股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoral head，ONFH）可由创伤（股骨颈骨折，髋脱位等）和非创伤两大原因引起。在我国，非创伤性ONFH主要由糖皮质激素及酗酒引起，这类患者的主要特点是发病年龄轻（国外资料为38岁，本中心为33．5岁），累及双髋比例大。对ONFH的合理治疗是指应针对病因，
