二孔法腹腔镜辅助胆道镜腹腔外保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床应用

目的探讨二孔法腹腔镜辅助胆道镜腹腔外保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床应用价值。方法总结分析32例二孔法腹腔镜辅助胆道镜腹腔外保胆取石术患者的临床资料。结果 28例保胆取石手术获得成功,随访5~13个月,无结石复发等并发症发生。结论对胆囊功能良好的患者采用二孔法腹腔镜辅助胆道镜微创保胆取石术,简单易学,既能取尽结石,又能保留胆囊功能,且并发症少,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of taking stone with gallbladder preservation outside the abdominal by two holes choledochoscopy assisted laparoscopic.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with gallbladder stones admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The procedures were successfully carried out in 28 patients without complications.All patients were followed up for 5 to 13 months and have no recurrent or residual stones.Conclusions If the patients are properly selected preoperatively,two holes choledochoscopy assisted laparoscopic with gallbladder preservation proved to be a way of fewer complications both get to do calculus,and to retain the gallbladder function.This process has clinical value for easy to learn.
