摘要
现代商品生产销售过程中的不确定性,对产品的长时间有效保存提出了挑战。为解决商品储藏的问题,基于仓库环境决定储藏时间的认识,设计了一种仓库数据采集系统;采用AT89C52单片机为控制核心,根据采样参数动态调节温湿度;多片DS18B20通过1-Wire总线联结采集温度数据,HS1100/1101采集湿度数据,实时向上层系统报告数据;并可以进行温湿度的LED显示及越界报警。整个系统的数据采集的实时性好,数据更新率可以达到100 Hz;故障恢复速度快,整个系统的重启只需10 s。
Today there is a challenge against long time storage because of the uncertainties in production and sales of commodity.To solve the problem,this paper designs a data acquisition system of warehouse,based on goods storage warehouse storage time understanding of environmental decision;adopting AT89C52 as control core,and multiple DS18B20s to sample temperature data by 1-Wire bus,and HS1100/1101 to sample humidity data,and report to top level system in real time;and could do LED displaying and alarming.The whole system has the good real-time data acquisition up to 100Hz and the fast fault recovery speed less than 10s.
