摘要
为了对模拟降雨系统雨强大小要求实现自动调节功能的目的,在原手动系统的基础上,通过压力传感器和变频器组成闭环系统,对管道内压力变化通过压力传感器进行瞬时检测,经转换环节与变频器中的设定值进行比较,自动调节水泵出水量,以满足实验所需降雨量的大小要求。该系统解决了原手动系统对降雨量大小变化时流量调节阀和管道安全性的问题。
In order to coordinate the rain force of the artificial stimulated rainfall system automatically,closed loop system is formed by adopting pressure sensor and frequency transformer based on the original manual system to detect the pressure change instantaneously in the pipe through the pressure sensor.Comparing the pure value with the set point,it will coordinate the water flow of the pump automatically in order to satisfy the rainfall capacity required by the study.This system has solved the safety problem of the flow controller which has existed in the original manual system.
