摘要
在11.2~23.6℃之间的4个实验温度下,采用流水式呼吸仪测定了不同体重黑Jun(29.6~358.1g)的标准代谢率。结果表明,各测定温度下的标准代谢率均随体 重而增大,二者之间的关系可用幂函数Rs=a1nW^b描述,标准代谢率的组间均数差异显著,但b值却无显著性差异;修正为当标准体重分别为48.6g、147.9g和243.1g时,标准代谢率的组间均数也有显著差异,黑Jun的标准代谢率(Rs,mg/ind.
Standard metabolic rates of different body weight Sebastodes fuscescens were determined by continuousflow method under 11.2, 14.7, 18.0 and 23.6℃. The res ults showed that at the same temperature,the metabolic rates increased with body weight increment and that the relationship between them could be described as Rs = a lnWb. There was remarkable differen ce between the metabolic rates determined under different temperatures, but no difference between b values. After the body weights were corrected as standard ones, the metabolic rates increased with temperature inc rement under the same body weight, too. The relationship between them could be described as RS W = m e-b / T. When standard body weights were 48.6g、147.9g and 243.1g, there was remarkable difference betwe en the metabolic rates determined under different body weights. The experiental formula which cou ld describe the relationship between standard metabolic rate(Rs, mg/ind·h) or relative metaboli c rate(Rs, mg/g·h), body weight and temperature was establised and could be expressed as Rs = 1.160 W0.752 e-9.494/T or Rs = 1.160 W-0.254 e -9.494/T
