基于新型超声测距的精准对靶测控仪

摘要 提出了一种基于新型分离式直射超声测距的精准对靶测控仪设计方案。方案中运用分离式超声发射和接收传感器实现快速测距,采用单片机实现测距精度的提高和对靶控制。在软件设计中采用了嵌入式C语言代码与汇编的混合编程技术,进一步增强了测距测控仪的稳定性。测试结果表明:分离式直射超声测距法有效提高了测距速度和自动对靶精度,系统能够很好地满足实用要求。 In order to solve the disadvantages of target controller for the current seeder,a new separation-based direct new target control of the ultrasonic distance measurement instrument design was put forward.Separate type ultrasonic transmitter and receiver sensors for fast location were used to measure.The single chip microcomputer was used to control and on target.In the software design,the embedded code and compiled in mixed programming were used.The distance measuring control instrument for stability is further enhanced.Test results showed that direct separation type ultrasonic ranging method to effectively improve the speed and range automatic target detecting precision,system performance can be good to meet practical requirements.
